REFUND POLICY

Pre-orders can be cancelled. We will issue a full refund.

Normal orders once placed cannot be cancelled. There is no cancellation or return on any of our products once shipped. You can contact us as soon as possible to cancel order, but if shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We try to perfectly package the products, there will be very less chance that you will receive damaged product from us. But we cannot control transport, so if you get a damaged item by chance, contact us with photos and video. If we approve, you can send it back for refund or exchange. Unpacking video is must. Without it, it will be hard for us to assess your return request. 

Please note, return pickup is not supported by delivery channels we use. You will have to pack and return it. The shipping cost will be reimbursed once we receive the item.
